Got the folks coming this weekend so I'm doing stacks of washing and housework. So instead of hunting Folksy, which I usually love doing, I'm just going to show you some recent things from my favourites.

Thank you Jesse for my lovely birthday present!  I adore the hat that my Crystal bought from you and have been craving it since I saw it.  Actually I'm wearing it now! But the felt mushroom brooch from you was such a nice surprise as well.  Thank you sweetness.

Folksy Friday - Chickens

The chooks woke me up at 5.30 this morning so they're on my mind.  Mainly I'm thinking about how I could cook them!!  (Not really, they're my babies).

My baby boy was born three years ago next week.  What an amazing, beautiful, kind, exhausting, energetic, funny little boy he is.  So anyhoo, this is for him.
